All racks are guaranteed to arrive safe and intact.
Any returns, buyer is responsible for the shipping fee unless worked out with us here at Kaotic Acrylic. (We stand behind our product 100%)
Please make sure your frag plugs will fit the 1/2" holes.
if ordered and they do not fit, we will take the rack back and make the holes larger, but the buyer will be responsible for shipping fees both ways.
Any broken racks must be sent with pictures to kaoticacrylic@zona.net within the first 24 hours.
All racks will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
Please allow up to 2-3 days for the item to be shipped.
All items purchased the buyer will be given a tracking number within those days.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping fees.
We will also combine multiple items into the shipping rate based upon the weight. Depending on how many racks are ordered, there might be multiple boxes. Another option is the racks could be shipped without the legs attached and is very simple to attach the legs with glue when they arrive.
